Orbis is finally here in Singapore!!

I don’t know how to hide my joy when Orbis Singapore Facebook page appeared in my suggested page. I immediately added the page and jio my beauty junkie gang (Cynthia and Mia) to attend their focus group. I have been telling Cynthia about Orbis since years back. I love their concept of oil-free in their product is and have been complaining why they don’t want to open a store in Singapore. Quite sometime back, I did a new product feature and a review on the Petit shake.

I have did a introduction on Orbis in my review post. You can check it out if you are interested.

I have draft this blog entry for more than a month as my project is reached the end and I need to clear lots of paper work plus I have also just launched a new blog shop whereby I am selling ladies clothes. I know how saturated this line is but still I love fashion.

Anyway, I was late because of the jam near Kranji. I really have to apologies for it because I hate people coming late for event and here I am late for one of my favourite brands.

    1. Exfoliating Gel

Orbis Oil Cut Aqua Peeling Gel

These are the dead skin on my hands… Ew~

Skin does feel softer after this gentle exfoliating

    2.  Bubble mask

To be used after exfoliating to enhance the effect. It has a bit

Orbis Oil Cut Whip Soda pack

A demonstration of how fantastic this is!!

    I over pressed a bit.

After blending out and just let it stay on your skin for 1 minute. This is my personal favourite among all the items recommend.

    3. Skincare

Orbis Aquaforce range for normal skin.

    The lotion.

    4. Sunscreen. (Note: Orbis Sunscreen is always famous in the Taiwan magazine!!)

From left to right: UV Cut Sunscreen on Face Light, UV Cut Super Liquid Foundation and UV Cut Sunscreen Super

UV Cut Sunscreen on Face Light

Surprisingly, this has a thicker consistency than the UV Cut Super Liquid Foundation. The coverage is higher

    UV Cut Super Liquid Foundation

Like i mentioned earlier, I expected this to be thicker but it was a more watery consistency but I personally preferred this more.

Lastly is the UV Cut Sunscreen Super which is super runny and lightweight.

    Orbis Lasting Foundation UV

    Orbis UV Cut Sunsrceen Powder

Yup. the first one is more like a 2 way face cake while the bottom one is sunscreen in powder form!! Cheers to the humid weather in Singapore. I guess powder will be less oily for my oily skin.

    5. Makeup removal

I have introducted the aqua peeling gel at the beginning of the post so i shall talked about the Orbis Clear liquid.

    Orbis Oil Cut Cleansing Liquid

I was very suprised by the texture of it.

I used it to remove the sunscreen I applied earlier. It remove sunscreen very well. (I have already used it when I was blogging so this products really works!!)

    8. Special Care

    Other skincare range

Orbis Excellent Enrich for intensive anti-ageing skin.

Orbis Oil Cut Clear range – for acne and troubled skin

    Orbis Whitening Range for whitening

Orbis Excellent White Range for intensive anti-ageing and whitening

[Review] Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Easy Mac

This post have been drafted like few months back. The reason for not publishing was because I did not took the photo of the final photo so I thought I had one photo somewhere but I just couldn’t fiind it. As such, I decided to upload the video as an replacement so do take a look at the video.

I am always a cheese monster. The one thing I think I can eat for the rest of my life will be cheese so anything to do with cheese, I will just buy. That’s before I started to condemn instant food. I bought this from Marina Bay Sands Cold Storage. I am a super lazy person and since I am staying with my husband brother and wife, I do not really want to cook and dirty the kitchen so I started finding instant food. I don’t even want food that need me to on the stove.

The front of the easy Mac. Do note that there is a version which u need to use stove to cook it.
A simple description of the preparation
One box contain quite a few of these. This is just what u need for one serving of Cheese Mac
Macaroni poured out. You need to add some water in it to “boil” it in Microwave
    Just Microwave it!
After Mircowave just add the cheese poweder and stir it.

That’s the instagram video that I uploaded. (But since I can’t embed instagram video so uploaded to youtube)

Diamond Lashes X Watson Workshop (plus mini touring of Blisshouse)

Photo taken from Diamond Lashes Singapore page

A few weekends ago, I went to the Watson x Diamond Lashes Workshop. I dated Mia as she recently become a blogger and she is just like me, a beauty junkie. Though it has been quite sometimes since I blog about beauty stuff but I really still bought a lot of things despite my lack of blogging on beauty stuff. I actually went to the previous workshop that diamond lashes had. The previous one was a really short one and I didn’t really learn much since I am good in applying half lashes and since I am a lash junkie. I know how to take care of them too.

Photo taken from Diamond Lashes Singapore page

This time since it is Larry Yeo who is teaching, I thought it might be better. But I guess it is just too many people and not enough attention for everyone. That’s my view after the workshop. On the whole the workshop is informative and I like the hands on but it is my first time wearing bottom lashes and I dunno why I just couldn’t apply it like I did for the top. The helper helping me also struggled a few times helping me to apply. (I guess my eyes is the problem one. :P)

This is one of the prettiest workshop location I ever attended.

When is my turn coming? Hmm… Larry is really attentive in teaching but there is just too many people for this workshop.

That’s me!! The bottom lashes done by one of the helper. I know both side lashes look uneven. 🙁

That’s Mia and me!! But somehow she said she look pretty much the same with or without the lashes.

I did not haul anything because I actually have quite a lot of diamond lashes before they are even launched in Singapore plus I bought quite a few from the previous workshop already.

Totally appreciated because I was starving after the workshop.

Other than Fullhouse, this is the next theme restaurant I went to in Singapore. The Fullhouse in Singapore is just nothing much compared to the one I went in KL. Anyway, just to show the interior of blisshouse as I was walking out. I did not dine in so I can’t do a review on the restaurant but I will visit some day.

Perfect place to camwhore. How I wish my future house have such nice cupboards.

They have a place where u can share your blissful moment~❤

A tree trunk in a restaurant?!?

I do not want to know what causes the bubble foam.

This is another place that I think visitor will sure want to take photo there.

    Want to be Cinderella?

    Where is the bird??

Bye~ That’s all if you interested in this place, details as shown below!

    [Review] Paris Baguette Cafe Takeaways

I was dizzy for the past few days. In case anyone wonder, nope I am not pregnant. Tested few days back and these are just the symptom of my pre-mensuration cycle. Ever since I screwed up my mensuration cycle, whenever it is going to come I will be in an extremely weak and bloated stage.

Back to my short review, I had a takeaway from Paris Baguette Cafe at JEM branch. For this review, I will only be reviewing on the food as I think it is not fair for me to review on the cafe design and service since I did not dine in.

Sorry if it looked misty as I store it in my fridge.

I like how the way the label their sandwiches.

Not sure why there is some Korea wording on the tape.

The Mini Croissant Family. (It is just as mini as it looks)

The Mini croissant sandwich family consist of two ham and cheese croissants and an egg and bacon croissant

Saw this on the way I was paying. It was my favourite type of bread.

Guessed it? Walnut Cream Cheese Bread!!

    Total Damage: S$9.90

It was quite a high price cafe despite locating at a heartland mall. I tried it due to my curiosity but the taste was not as fantastic as the price. Let’s start with the mini croissant family, I was quite surprise how the ham and cheese tasted. I thought it would taste awful because I saw the stalk of veggie coming out but to my surprise, it taste great. It is unlike those typical ham and cheese croissant whereby it is just salty but there is a tingly flavour of freshness inside which i believed came from the veggie. However, I do not like the egg and bacon croissant. The ham and egg croissant taste great so I was hoping that the egg and bacon one taste great too but the taste was disappointing. I find it too bland and lack of savoury taste.

Next I bought my favourite Walnut Cream Cheese Bread. It was awful. I expected more creamy taste in it but it didn’t reach that kind of creaminess. There is a strong stench of oil in the walnut like when the walnut is kept for too long. Not to mentioned it cost much more than the others which is cheaper.

    My new “portable” camera

My G11 decided to betray me before I did. It must have known that I was ogling on other camera and got jealous. 😛

This is the second time something happen to the G11 LCD screen. I seriously dunno how did it become like this. My friend told me that my screen got into contact with water which I have no idea how water get into my bag. The camera was in the pouch and the pouch was in my bag. No rain no water in between. I guess sometimes when the relationship is about to end, all the ridiculous thing will happen.

Actually I was thinking to get Panasonic GF6 initially as Cheesie bought this camera and it looks just amazing. But but but!! I have some concern with the screen. Unlike Canon powershot G series whereby u flip in and out easily. When u flipped GF6 back when it is facing the front. The structure kinda of popout. You need to push in after you flip it back and I being a not so gentle person might break the camera in no time.

In addition, I was able to pay lesser money for G1x as I am loyal to Canon. I was quite reluctant to pay for another S$160+ for repair and so I paid S$634.00 for the new camera. The suggested retail price is like S$799. (Used to be S$999 when it was just released) So without considering much, I told the person I want to buy G1x. I have actually wanted this camera since its released like 2 years ago. I know it is OLD but it has good sensor.

    Photos of my camera

My new baby, G1x. It just looked like my ex lover, G11

The free gift that I received from the Canon Shop. (Leather pouch + 8BG SD card)

The parts taken from the camera~♥

    Closed up of the camera~♥

Video of the unboxing and some mini review observed

I will do another blog post and video on the review of this camera so do stay tuned. Thanks for reading~♥
