If you read Taiwan or Japanee magazine, you should be familiar with Orbis. This brand has the same concept as DHC and Fancl. In Taiwan and Japan, they are known as the big 3 for the mail order for beauty product. They each are similar yet different. Fancl is famous for its “no preservative” and DHC is famous for its “Olive Oil” product that is moisturising. Orbis is actually somewhere in the middle, for people like me who do not stick to a single brand of product, with Fancl product life span is just too short for me, whereas DHC seems to be great in their olive oil based. I personally used to use their cleansing oil and soap before blogging here. I have to admit I love the texture but sometimes I feel the soap can be a bit too strong and the cleansing oil seems messy when removing eye makeup. Orbis seems to be somewhere in between. I will do a review on their skincare next time but now I shall do a review on Orbis Petit shake (Peach).

These are my haul from Hong Kong few months back during my honeymoon and the one circle with a red arrow is the one that I am reviewing today
The packaging of the Orbis Petit Shake (Peach) silver aluminium foil packing. Instruction in Japanese at the back of the package.
How to drink this drink:
Step 1: Pour the syrup from the packet into your cup.
*Do notice there is some peach fruit pulp inside the syrup.
Step 2: Add the milk. It must be cold!! (Refer to my review for the reason)
Did a gif for Step 2.
Before your stir, this is how gross it look like. X(
Step 3: Just Stir till they are fully mixed together.
Tada!~ The final product. I added a bit too much of milk so dun really have the smoothies feel.
I love trying meal replacement from Japan, they always spend a lot of effort with the flavouring so the taste is always great unlike local slimming drinks. In general, this smoothie taste alright, it is not as fantastic as the smoothie outside but it does not taste awful too. However, I am still wondering is it because the milk (I used HL milk) that I am using is not suitable for smoothie because the milk kinda of also have its own taste. Therefore, the taste seems to be funny but it is not awful.
Towards the end of the smoothie, I felt full which they succeed in their function as meal replacement drink but at the same time there is a disgusted tasting also came out due to the thick remaining base. It is most likely cause because it is not cold anymore so it feels like drinking something very thick at the bottom, make it disgusting. I must highlight it is not the taste which is disgusting but the sensation when drinking it.
I am not sure if I will re-purchase this product. I will try again with other milk to see if it taste different or not. I also purchase the mix berry flavour which might taste better in my view. I will review it once I tried them.
Feeling of fullness: 9/10
Remarks: Average but not sure if I will re-buy this product.
This product featured by me is purchase from my Hong Kong honeymoon trip which I have yet to blog about it. This is not a sponsored post nor this product is sponsored to me for reivew. This review is based on my honest and complete opinion on the product.
Update (14th September 2013)
I am sorry for updating only until now. I forgot all about this blog post until I am going to blog on Obris this few so I figured out, I should post an update of my experience. I have actually tried this for a few more times and it taste better and better on my subsequent tries. The trick about drinking this shake is to drink it cold with Magnolia milk. Once u mix it, just finished all in a go. I tried with a few milk after that and somehow it is drank best with Magnolia milk. (Magnolia did not pay me for this recommendation) Having finish the whole box (Mine with 6 packets), I think I will still buy it in the future. It taste so much better than many meal supplements out there and to me it is not that expensive to drink as compared to other more expensive and awful taste ones.
I must admit this is a back-lock post. I ordered these items and asked my agent to shipped together with my books.com.tw items. I still think I should post a review for this items. I have always been a faithful audience of 女人我最大. Early this year, they did an episode on slimming and introduce this brand as well as their products. I decided to try their 高纖低糖美窈餅-蔓越莓口味 (Cranberry Biscult) and 美窈餐7日體驗組合 (7 days diet meals). I have yet to try their diet meal but I have tried the biscuit.
Front cover of the biscuit. I was snacking in office so the photos are taken from my office. 😛
The sides of the biscuit box.
The back with nutrition table and the expiry dates
There are 3 packet of biscuit inside one box.
It is only 10 calories per biscuit!!!
The size of one biscuit is about the size of one 50 cents coin
Tada!~ Munching time~
There is some small Cranberry bits on the biscuits
The section view of biscuit.
The benefits of the biscult as below:
1. Low Sugar
It has 50% lesser fats as compared to the normal biscuits!~
2. Additional Fibre
7% of fibre is added, however 6.3% is tested. The fibre they added is water souble, not only can it let u feel full, it can also enhance your digestive syetems. Inital 1 – 2 weeks might have more “exhuast” and “discharge” of waste.
It contains Collagen which all ladies will definitely love it.
Even though it has low calories doesn’t mean it doesn’t have calories. This biscuit is design for who always like to chew something but not hungry. However, it is still not advisable to eat more than 1 packet/day. (Not 1 box ah!~) If you have a very strict diet plan, it will be best if u can skip this biscuit.

I personally fee that the taste is actually quite delicious. However, the biscuit is quite hard. It is not like those soft butter biscuit kind but the hardness is like those hard candy. I think it is still bite-able by normal teeth. For me, I have to eat one box to have the partial full feeling and the information given on website is not to eat more than one box. It is definitely good to substitute it for tea time snacks but not for lunch time. I think the biscuit is small too but ladies might find it cute and bit-sized. It doesn’t taste too sweet nor too bland. I would still recommend it for ladies interested to slim down to replace your unhealthy snacks for this biscuit. Since I buy from Taiwan kgcheck website straight.
It cost only NT147 with the additional for shipping, this biscuit is still below S$10/box. If you are lazy to wait for spree the cheapest I found online $6.50/packet x 3 = S$19.50 (box). If you are seious of slimming but yet can’t control your mouth, this biscuit is really a good choice.
Sidetrack a bit… The reasons why I dig out this photo is just because I saw that their latest spokesperson is Ranie Yang!
